Kate has worked in Family Law for 19 years and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020. Kate joined Stowe Family Law’s Eastern Home Counties team in 2022.
Kate’s area of practice focuses mainly on high net worth divorce and matrimonial finances, including cases involving pensions, multiple properties, cases with an overseas element and business assets. Kate is also experienced in dealing with complex private law children matters, Family Law Act proceedings, pre and post nuptial agreements, Separation Agreements and cases involving unmarried couples.

Kate regularly deals with Court proceedings but is also experienced in methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to support clients through cases out of Court.
In her spare time, Kate is a keen paddleboarder and travels all over the country exploring the coastlines and rivers. She also runs a smallholding and keeps alpacas, horses and chickens.
